I'm Lucija Tomšić, founder of brisk. I spent over a decade in insurance and financial services - project management, process improvement, technology consulting. Complex environments where vague advice got people fired.

brisk. is run by me, but I don't work alone. Behind every project is a team of developers I pull in as needed - specialists in automation, integrations, and custom builds. That means you get founder-level strategy and attention from me, and the technical depth to deliver anything we scope, on time.

Every automation we deliver, we also teach. Once a project is done, you should understand what it does, why it works, and how to fix it if something breaks. That's not a nice-to-have - it's the point. AI and automation skills are only going to matter more. We'd rather leave you capable than create a reason to keep paying us.

That said, we're always available if you want us in your corner. Monthly retainers exist for clients who want ongoing support - fixes, updates, new builds, someone to call when something breaks. It's there if you want it. It's never pushed.

A few things we won't do: sell you a tool you don't need, recommend something we haven't tested, or hand over a system nobody on your team understands. And we'll never tell you AI will solve problems it won't.
