What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary:

• Email address - when you voluntarily submit a form to download a resource, join a waitlist, or sign up for the newsletter.
• Booking details - name and email when you book a call via Calendly.
• Anonymous analytics - page views and referral sources via Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data.

Why we collect it

Email addresses are collected solely to deliver the resource you requested, confirm your waitlist spot, or send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not send unsolicited emails. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Third-party services

• Formspree - processes form submissions. Privacy policy
• Calendly - handles call bookings. Privacy policy
• Substack - hosts the newsletter. Privacy policy
• Plausible Analytics - cookieless, anonymous analytics. No personal data is collected or stored. Privacy policy

How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until you request deletion. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email. For all other deletion requests, email ai@brisk.vision.
