AI automation for small businesses 6

What does AI automation for a small business look like?

It usually starts with one repetitive workflow, such as sorting enquiries, turning one article into scheduled posts, pulling numbers into a weekly summary or filing ideas into Notion. brisk. audits that workflow, builds AI agents and automations on the tools you already use, and keeps a review step so nothing goes out without a person checking it.

Can you build AI agents for a small business?

Yes. brisk. builds AI agents for specific jobs in a small business, for example an enquiry sorter, a reply drafter or a weekly summary. Each agent runs on your existing tools, a person checks drafts before anything goes out, and you get documentation so you understand how it works.

What is an AI audit?

An AI audit is a short written review of one workflow: the steps, the time it takes, what it costs and where AI would actually help. It is the first step of every brisk. project, and you keep the written audit whether or not you continue. Sometimes it shows that a simpler process change is the better fix.

What is a company brain?

A company brain is one maintained source of context, rules and voice that every AI tool you use reads first, so you stop re-explaining your business, offers and tone. brisk. runs on one itself, and the free guide Build your own AI brain shows how to start yours.

Can I build my website with Claude Code?

Yes, without being a developer. In Build it together, we build your site with you using AI tools such as Claude Code, host it, add analytics and walk you through it so you can change it yourself. One small business owner launched her website in two days, over two working sessions. The free guide Get started with Claude Code covers the setup.

Do you train teams on Claude?

Yes. Team training is hands-on and built around your team's real tasks, using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, including how to check AI output before you use it. brisk. runs corporate AI workshops in the financial industry, and smaller teams get the same practical format.

About brisk. 6

What does brisk. do?

brisk. is an AI systems studio founded by Lucija Tomšić, backed by a small team of trusted developers. It helps professionals, freelancers, small business owners and teams use AI on their actual work, without requiring any technical background. You can have an agreed AI system built for you, build a project together, or learn the process through training.

Who does brisk. work with?

Professionals, freelancers, small business owners and teams in any industry. There is no required technical background. If you work with documents, emails or data, there is usually something worth improving.

How is brisk. different from other AI help?

brisk. starts from a task you already do, selects tools to fit your existing software rather than a default stack, and includes the explanation so you can run what gets built.

Who will I work with?

Lucija, founder of brisk., leads every project, with a small team of trusted developers behind the builds.

What industries does brisk. work in?

Any industry where people work with documents, email, reporting or client communication. Lucija Tomšić has 13 years of experience in digital transformation and process automation across insurance and insurtech, which helps in regulated and process-heavy environments.

Does brisk. work remotely?

Yes. Work is delivered remotely by video call and shared tools. In-person workshops are possible on request.

Working with us 10

What does Have it built involve?

We look at how the task works today and what a useful result would be. Then the agreed scope gets built, tested with you, and handed over with an explanation of how to use it. Deliverables, access needed and what happens after handover are agreed before work begins.

What does Build with me involve?

Build with me is now Build it together. You bring a project and your knowledge of the business. We agree a manageable scope, work out the steps together, and build it while you learn. You finish with something you can use and an understanding of how it works and what still needs your attention.

What does Learn with me involve?

Learn with me is now Team training, for individuals and teams. You bring a task you recognise from your own week. We work through it with AI, check whether the result is actually good enough to use, and repeat the process until you can do it without help. You leave with a process you understand, not a recording to watch later.

How do I choose between the three?

It depends on how involved you want to be. Choose Have it built if you want the result and prefer to hand the setup over, Build it together if you have one concrete project and want to understand it afterwards, and Team training if you want the skill rather than only the output. If you are unsure, the free call is for working that out.

Do you work with individuals or teams?

Both. Training works one to one and as a team workshop, and project and implementation work happens with solo founders as often as with small teams.

How is a team workshop run?

A workshop is built around the team's real tasks rather than generic examples, runs online or in person, and is hands-on throughout. Participants leave with a prompt library and a way of working they can use the next morning.

How do I know if my team is ready?

If the team uses email, documents and a spreadsheet, it is ready. No prior AI knowledge is needed, and sessions start from the basics before reaching practical work.

Do I need technical experience or a developer?

No. Knowing your own work and being able to explain what you need is the useful starting point. Everything is built on no-code or low-code tools wherever possible. If genuinely custom technical work is needed, that is agreed separately rather than assumed.

Can I bring a task I am not sure AI can help with?

Yes, and that is often the most useful conversation. Sometimes the honest answer is that a simpler process change or an ordinary automation solves it better, and sometimes the answer is that the task is not worth automating at all.

Why do I need help if I already use ChatGPT?

Using a chatbot and having AI run a workflow without you prompting it are two different things. A useful next step is to take one recurring task, define what good output looks like, and test whether AI improves the whole process, including review.

The free call 5

What happens on the free call?

It is 30 minutes. Lucija asks about your current workflows and where things are slow or repetitive, gives an honest read on what AI can and cannot do for your situation, and explains the next step if there is a fit. If there is not, she says so and points you somewhere useful. No pressure to commit.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to have one workflow in mind, something that repeats every week and takes longer than it should. If you have already tried a tool for it, tell us what happened.

What happens after the call?

If there is a fit, we explain what an audit of that workflow would involve before you commit to anything. If not, that is the end of it.

Can I write instead of booking?

Yes. Send an email about what you are working on and where you are stuck. You do not need to choose a service first.

What if I do not know where to start?

That is normal and it is exactly what the free call is for. You can also try the calculator on the homepage, which shows what manual work is costing you, or the full AI time savings calculator, which estimates what one recurring task is actually costing you including checking time and upkeep.

Cost, tools and handover 3

How much does it cost?

It depends on the task, the scope and how you would like to work together. The price is agreed before anything starts, including any separate software costs and what support is included. There is no hourly billing surprise at the end.

Can brisk. work with the software I already use?

Yes. Work starts from the tools you already have rather than replacing them. Common ones include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack and most major CRM and project management platforms.

What happens after a project is finished?

Handover and any ongoing support are part of the scope agreed before work begins, so you know what is included and what would be additional. Nothing is built that depends on Lucija being permanently available.
