01Pick a section, paste, send

Pick a section from any YouTube script, blog post, podcast transcript or set of notes: anything where the thinking already exists.

Paste it where it says [PASTE SCRIPT]. There are three levels below, and each one adds more brand control and better output.

02Level 1: raw content, no brand

Open a blank Claude chat. No project, no brand system. Paste and send.

Level 1 prompt
Here is a section from one of my YouTube scripts:
---
[PASTE SCRIPT]
---
Turn this into a 7-slide Instagram carousel. 1080x1350 pixels.
Each slide should be a standalone insight. Don't just copy the script word for word. Restructure the ideas for the carousel format. Slide 1 is the hook. Final slide is the CTA.
Download each slide as a PNG.
What you get

Claude's best guess with zero guidance. The structure will be solid, because Claude understands narrative, but the visuals will be generic. No brand, no personality.

03Level 2: brand system loaded

Create a Claude Project, drag your brand system document into the project files and open a new chat inside the project.

Level 2 prompt
I've uploaded my brand system document. Read it fully before you start.
Here is a section from one of my YouTube scripts:
---
[PASTE SCRIPT]
---
Before you build anything, read the script and identify the 7 strongest standalone ideas. Map each one to a slide role:
- Slide 1: Hook (stop the scroll)
- Slide 2: Context (frame the problem)
- Slides 3-4: Build (core insights, one per slide)
- Slide 5: Tension (the reframe or challenge)
- Slide 6: Payoff (the key takeaway)
- Slide 7: CTA (earn the follow)
Show me your plan first: headline and subtext for each slide. Then build and download each slide as a PNG.
What changes

Same content, very different output. Claude now has your colours, fonts, layout rules and voice. No brand system document yet? The brand system guide in this library builds one.

04Level 3: brand and custom images

Same project. Upload 10 to 15 custom images (generated with Nano Banana Pro, or your own photography) into the chat with this prompt.

Level 3 prompt
I've uploaded my brand system document and 11 custom images generated with Nano Banana Pro. Read the brand system fully before you start.
Here is a section from one of my YouTube scripts:
---
[PASTE SCRIPT]
---
Before you build anything:
1. Read the script and identify the 7 strongest standalone ideas. Map each one to a slide role:
- Slide 1: Hook (stop the scroll)
- Slide 2: Context (frame the problem)
- Slides 3-4: Build (core insights, one per slide)
- Slide 5: Tension (the reframe or challenge)
- Slide 6: Payoff (the key takeaway)
- Slide 7: CTA (earn the follow)
2. Look at all the images I uploaded. For each slide, pick the image that best matches based on mood, visual energy, and space for text overlay. High energy images for hook and tension. Calm images for context and payoff. Not every slide needs an image. Some work better as clean text-only slides.
Show me your plan: headline, subtext, and which image (or no image) for each slide. Don't build anything. Wait for my approval first.

Once you approve Claude's picks, send this:

Build prompt
Approved. Now build all 7 slides as a single HTML file. Each slide 1080x1350 pixels, stacked vertically with scroll-snap. Composite my brand elements on top of the selected images.

05Fix individual slides without rebuilding

Use these after the carousel is built, to adjust specific slides without touching the rest.

Swap an image
Swap the image on slide [X]. Use [describe which one] instead. It fits the mood better. Rebuild just that slide.
Fix the headline
The headline on slide [X] isn't strong enough. Give me 3 alternatives that would stop someone scrolling.
Adjust layout
Make the headline on slide [X] bigger and move it higher. Keep everything else the same.
Change tone
The text on slide [X] is too formal. Make it more conversational, like talking to a friend. Keep the visual design.

06Things worth knowing

  • Use the same script section for all three levels so you can see the progression clearly.
  • Batch your images. Make 20 to 30 in one session and use them across several carousels.
  • If Claude crashes mid-build, ask it to build one slide at a time.
  • Use 1080x1350 portrait. It takes more screen space on mobile.
